Chris Mohr, Ph.D., R.D.
Chris Mohr, Ph.D., R.D. is a nutrition expert and co-owner of Mohr Results, Inc. He was the consulting sports nutritionist for the Cincinnati Bengals, has worked with select WWE wrestlers, and has been an invited speaker to the White House, CIA, and around the world with partners like Johnson & Johnson, Deloitte, Delta Airlines, and Marriott.
Chris worked alongside LL Cool J as the nutrition expert for the New York Times Bestselling book, LL Cool J’s Platinum Workout. He wrote the nutrition program for Mario Lopez’s Knockout Fitness. And he collaborated with fitness legend Denise Austin to create the nutrition component of her bestselling book Denise’s Daily Dozen: The Easy, Every Day Program to Lose Up to 12 Pounds in 2 Weeks.
He has a Ph.D. in exercise physiology from the University of Pittsburgh, is a registered dietitian, and is an above-average pizza maker with waning professional culinary aspirations.
