When the massive, 15-time WWE champion John Cena hits the gym, he hits it hard. If he’s not breaking his own records, then he’s usually doing his damnedest trying. 

For what he calls “TrueBenchThursday,” the 38-year-old, multi-time Men’s Fitness coverstar tweeted this staggering video of himself hoisting a 440-pound barbell once into the air before re-racking. 

We commend Mr. Cena’s hustle, and if you’re up for giving his grueling six-week program for building size and strength a shot, than we applaud you too.
