MF: Your latest album is called Ti vs. TIP, based on your alter ego's... Who won?
T.I.: I think that's left for the listener to decide. That's what it was for. So the fans could say I think T.I. got off.
Your rhymes are a bit cocky.
I've been known to speak the truth.
If you had to pick a song that embodies you what would it be?
It depends on the room I'm walking into and who fills it. "Trouble Man," is one, the Marvin Gaye song. The other is "I show you how to do this son, we don't drive x-5's give them to babies mama's," the Jay-Z joint.
Is there any song you hate performing?
Nah, if the fans want to here it, then I want to play it.
What's the dumbest thing you've done with your money?
Probably a piece of jewelry that I bought, and never wore, I bought this huge PC chain with 100 carrots worth of diamonds, and it was one of those insane super big chains. It cost between eighty-five and a hundred. And I'd never wear because it was too uncomfortable.
When was the last time you were nervous?
The last time I was in court.
You're real Hollywood these days T.I.P...
You can be in Hollywood, but the place that I am does not determine the state of mind that I am in.
