Although this recipe looks super-decadent, it only combines fruit and milk (or a milk substitute) to make a cooling—not to mention guilt-free—treat. If you’re not a hazelnut type of guy, replace it with reduced-fat chocolate cow’s milk or chocolate almond milk for an equally tasty swap.

Place the bananas, hazelnut chocolate milk, cherries, and chocolate powder (if using) into a high-powered blender, and puree until creamy and smooth. Depending upon the power of your blender, you may need to add a little more milk. You want the texture to be thick like a milkshake.
Pour into two glasses, and serve.
