Cranberries are almost as essential to a Thanksgiving spread as turkey. But we'd understand if you were bored with the usual side of cranberry sauce—and if that's the case, we have just the solution: a cranberry relish. By delicately balancing sweet and tart flavors, this relish is the perfect addition to a few slices of juicy turkey, creamy mashed potatoes, and all your other Thanksgiving favorites.

Rinse and drain cranberries, slice unpeeled orange into eighths & remove seeds and rind.
Place half the cranberries and half the orange in blender or food processor fitted with steel blade.
Process until mixture is evenly chopped. Transfer to glass bowl.
Process the remaining cranberries and orange slices. Transfer to glass bowl.
Stir in sugar and Grand Marnier and refrigerate until serving.
