Researchers have found that a natural compound called resveratrol, found in the grape skin and red wine, can make certain prostate tumor cells more vulnerable to radiation treatment. More research is needed, but it’s another benefit to eating delicious grapes.

2 cups red seedless grapes, halved
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup reduced-fat blue cheese, crumbled
3 Tbsp pea shoots, chopped (or micro or baby greens)
1 Tbsp citrus champagne vinegar (or just champagne or white wine vinegar if you can't find the citrus)
1 Tbsp good quality extra virgin olive oil
How to make it 

Combine grapes, blue cheese, walnuts and pea shoots. Drizzle with vinegar and olive oil. Toss gently and serve.
