Prep Time

This refreshing, mixed berry smoothie commands tons of flavor and plenty of nutrition, but only demands just three minutes of your time.

Toss the ingredients in a blender and whip it together after a tough workout to replenish your muscles, and cool you down.

Makes 4 Servings
Prep Time: 
3 cups frozen berry mix
2 cups water (or 1 cup water and 1 cup apple juice)
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 scoops (1/2 cup) vanilla protein powder
2 Tbsp chia seeds
1/2 packet Stevia (optional)
How to make it 

Add water to your blender, followed by frozen berries. Top with yogurt, protein powder, chia seeds, and stevia (if using), and blend on high speed for 30 seconds, or until all ingredients are liquefied and smooth.
