Floyd Mayweather’s latest way to prove his net worth? Stuffing REAL $100 bills inside of his mouthpiece (because, why not?)
TMZ Sports reports that NYC-based dentist, Dr. Lee Gause, made the custom mouthpiece for Mayweather. The guard cost the boxer a staggering $25,000, which included fees for Gause to fly across the country to Vegas in order to custom fit the piece.
TMZ also reported that this is not uncommon, and that the boxer has customized other mouth-pieces with items like gold flakes and diamonds.
Mayweather justified his purchase with the fact that his million dollar (or at least, 25 thousand dollar) smile is still intact!
“My career’s gone on 19 years and I’ve been able to preserve my smile, “Mayweather told TMZ Sports.
