Step-by-step instructions

1. Drop into a squat position. Hold a rope in either hand using a handshake grip. Alternate making waves with the ropes, making sure the ripples run all the way to the end of your anchor point. Make them small but fast. Then, switch to Battle Ropes Jumping Jacks. Hold the ropes with an overhand grip. Come close to the anchor point so the ropes have some slack, and perform regular jumping jacks.
