Step-by-step instructions

1. Sit up on the floor with a straight back and your legs in front of you. Bend your right knee and cross it over the other leg, so your right foot is resting flat on the ground. Turn your upper body toward the right, resting your left elbow on your right knee. Hold the stretch for the recommended amount of time and repeat on the opposite side.
