1. Lie on your back with your arms resting at your sides and your knees bent, feet flat on the ground. Reach your arms over your head, bending your elbows so that you can place your palms flat on the ground. Press your feet firmly into the ground as you lift your hips up and extend your arms straight. Hold this pose for the required amount of time.
