Step-by-step instructions

1. Put one end of the barbell into the slot of a landmine unit or wedge it into a corner. Grab one end of the bar with both hands and stand with feet shoulder-width apart, toes turned out slightly. Bring the end of the bar up to your chest. Pushing your hips back, squat down until your hips are lower than your knees and then stand back up.
