With every change of the season—especially the summer—there comes a desire to sharpen up your physique so your body can look great in the clothes that match the weather.

But another thing that comes with the change of seasons—especially the holidays—is a lot of travel, parties, and plenty of reasons to skip the gym.

Luckily it doesn’t take hours to get the results you want. We have a series of 10-minute workouts to help you sculpt the body parts you’re targeting. (Though, of course, you can’t really spot treat—be sure to incorporate them into a balanced total body weekly routine.)

For this workout, courtesy of Carlton Byrd, Co-Founder/Co-Chief Trainer at Redux, you'll focus on working your triceps to exhaustion in just a short amount of time.

With it, you’ll sculpt that horseshoe shape you’re after, promises Carlton—but, you’ll also hone in on your abs as a bonus. Better yet, there's no equipment required so you can pack this one with you no matter where you in the world you are.

Warm up and stretch (dynamically), then move on to the workout. There are three exercises. Do them each back to back with no rest in between. Rest 20 seconds, then repeat for a total of three rounds.
