Take on a real full-body burn with this muscle-torching dumbbell complex challenge. The only rule? Never let the weights touch the floor. If it sounds tough, well, that's because it is. But don't worry, you can tackle this challenge at your own pace, keep an eye on form, and track your progress over time.
Without putting the dumbbells down, complete the following exercises as a circuit. Rest 30 seconds between sets. Attempt to increase the weight with each set for 3 total sets.
