4 oz salmon, flaked (use leftovers from the previous recipe: Lemon parsley salmon)
2 cups mixed greens
7 cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
2 cloves garlic, crushed and minced
½ orange bell pepper, diced
½ avocado, sliced
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
