Zucchini noodles (or zoodles) are all the rage these days, and with good reason—they're a great pasta alternative that doesn't pack on the carbs. For extra flavor, this recipe has a spicy, protein-packed meat sauce which combines three different kinds of powders.
Using a spiralizer, spiralize zucchinis and pat dry with paper towel. In a large skillet, sauté in olive oil over medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Set aside.
Sauté diced onion in olive oil over medium heat for 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in ground beef and cook for another 7 minutes or until beef is no longer pink. Stir in tomato sauce and remaining ingredients. Cover and allow to simmer over low heat for 15 minutes. Serve sauce on top of zoodles.
